Where do you ship?

As of right now, Diamant Skiing ships to the following countries:

  • United States, Australia (AU), Canada (CA), Austria (AT), Belgium (BE), Czech Rep., The (CZ), Denmark (DK), Finland (FI), France (FR), Germany (DE), Greece (GR), Hungary (HU), Ireland, Rep. Of (IE), Italy (IT), Latvia (LV), Netherlands, The (NL), Poland (PL), Portugal (PT), Romania (RO), Spain (ES), Sweden (SE), United Kingdom (GB), New Zealand (NZ)

How much is shipping?

Diamant Skiing charges for shipping on a per item basis. As a growing company, this cost is paramount to our growth!

For international orders, there is a flat fee for shipping that varies by country. This price will be shown at checkout in USD.

Customs and Import Fees?

If you are shipping to a country outside of the US, you may be charged customs fees. These fees are not calculated at checkout and customers are responsible for all customs, VAT, duty, and tax fees. Failure to pay these fees will delay the release of your product from customs. We will not be able to refund these fees in the case of a return.

When will my order ship?

We do our best to process orders and ship them by the next business day if ordered prior to 5pm EST. However, at times it may take 2 - 3 business days to process your order prior to shipping. This does not apply to any items on pre-order.

Please allow a few days for international orders. If you have any questions, just contact us!

If you have a trip coming up, email us after you order so we can ensure timely delivery and set up rush shipping.

I got a tracking number awhile ago and it hasn’t updated in awhile, why?

We ship out of a major 3PL. Packages are picked up in bulk and transported to regional hubs where scans take place. This means that although your package is picked up, your tracking number won’t update.

In situations where your tracking number hasn’t updated in over 5/6 days, it is likely due to the fact that we are pre-purchasing labels for pre-order management. Email us at info@diamantskiing.com if you have a specific question.

Do you do returns?

Yes we do! Please see our Return Policy.

For international returns, the customer is responsible for all fees.

Is there a warranty?

Frankly, I don’t believe in warranties. No one ever remembers to register and there are always limitations. Here’s our promise to you: no matter the issue, no matter when the issue arises, just reach out to us and we will make you whole. No matter how many years go by, we will take care of you, That’s the Diamant guarantee.

Do you honor price drops?

If our products go on sale within 3 days of your purchase, you may ask for us to price match. If you have received a discount through a code that reduces cost past the sale price, we will not stack the code on the sale price.

If your product was pre-ordered, we will not price match unless we have missed our delivery estimate by over 1 week.

Why should I pre-order?

We protect pre-orders in the following ways:

  • Express Shipping: We’ll cover express shipping costs to ensure your product arrives before your upcoming trip to the extent possible.

  • Bag Replacement: If we can’t deliver in time and you notify us 2 weeks prior to your trip, we’ll replace your bag with any in-stock item we have for your upcoming trip.

  • $50 Store Credit: If we miss our delivery deadline by more than 2 weeks, we’ll provide $50 in store credit.

  • $100 Refund: If we miss our estimated delivery deadline by more than 3 weeks, you’ll receive a $100 refund.

Note that you must reach out to us to claim these benefits.

Where are your products made?

All our products are designed in New York City and developed by master manufacturers in Vietnam and China.

Sustainability and Ethics

All Diamant Skiing products are made without animal products. We use only trusted and ethical manufacturers that comply with global ethics standards. The factory’s we use are BSCI Certified.
