Transforming Ski and Snowboard travel is our mission and we stand by the design and manufacturing of our products. 

We want to make sure you love your Diamant Skiing gear just as much as we do —which is why we offer free returns and exchanges on unused items for the first 30 days after purchase*.

Returns must be delivered to us within 40 days. Customers will be responsible for shipping fees if we reject a return.

We will only accept returns and exchanges on items that have only been lightly tested around the house. Visible damage will not be accepted. We can’t afford the losses - we don’t want to go bankrupt!

If you’re stuck between two items and want to order both and plan to return the one you don’t like - email us!! We can explain how the products work and this saves us countless dollars in cash we need to survive <3. Of course, if you insist we want you to be happy, but give us a shout first!
